• Instant estimates are preliminary and subject to physical inspection
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered
• All prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Additional costs may apply for unforeseen complications

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual contracts
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Insurance deductibles are due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Final payment is due upon project completion and approval

• We provide a comprehensive workmanship warranty
• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
• Warranty terms vary by service and materials used
• Warranty coverage excludes damage from severe weather events

• Extended warranty coverage on qualifying systems

New Standard Restoration LLC’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Damage from severe weather events beyond normal wear
• Pre-existing conditions not identified during inspection
• Damage caused by homeowner modifications

• We assist with insurance claim documentation
• Final approval and payment from insurance companies is not guaranteed
• Customers remain responsible for deductibles and non-covered items
• We are not responsible for insurance company decisions

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather
• Material availability may affect project schedules
• We will communicate any delays promptly
• Force majeure events may extend project timelines

• Customers may cancel within 3 business days of contract signing
• Cancellation fees may apply for materials already ordered
• Work already completed will be charged at agreed rates
• Emergency repairs may have different cancellation terms

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct communication and good faith negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration under Illinois state law
